Inspired and guided by our discoveries, we generate concepts, then develop and refine them, producing models and prototypes along the way to check ergonomics, strength and aesthetics. With integrity in every step of the process, our goal is the creation of street furniture solutions of which we can be proud.

CONNECT

Connecting with each other is the key to building and maintaining a sense of community. The easier and more inviting it is for people to connect, the more likely it is to occur, and we believe street furniture can, and should, facilitate this.

Good urban planning, architecture, landscape architecture and streetscape design plays a pivotal role in this process, and hard landscape features such as furniture provide an interface between people, the space, and each other. For example, sensitively designed and positioned seating provides opportunities to stop and rest awhile, to contemplate the natural and built environment, or simply enjoy the very human pleasure of people watching. As a result, opportunities arise for conversation and interaction between strangers, reinforcing the sense of belonging, even if alone.
